Take Route 3 North to exit 14 toward MA-228 Hingham/Rockland. Turn slight left to stay on Main Street/MA-228. Continue to follow MA-228N/Main Street/Hingham Street for approximately 6 miles until intersection with ROUTE 3A-N. Take left on to ROUTE 3A-N and continue to follow around the traffic circle towards 3A-N/Summer Street. Follow for approximately 2 miles, Hingham Shipyard will be on the RIGHT.
From Points NORTH
From Boston via Route I-93 - Take Route 93-S to Exit 12 to merge onto Gallivan Blvd/Massachusetts 3A-S towards Neponset/Quincy. Continue to follow the signs and stay on Route 3A-S for approximately 7 miles. Hingham Shipyard will be on your LEFT.

From Route 95-S/128-S - Follow signs to Route 3 South/Cape Cod. Continue on Route 3 South to exit 14. Take left off of ramp to Route 228-N/Hingham Street. Turn slight left to stay on Main Street/MA-228-N. Continue to follow MA-228N/Main Street/Hingham Street for approximately 6 miles until intersection with ROUTE 3A-N. Take left on to ROUTE 3A-N and continue to follow around the traffic circle towards 3A-N/Summer Street. Continue for approximately 2 miles, Hingham Shipyard will be on the RIGHT.
From Points WEST
From Route 495 - Take exit 6 for US-44 toward Plymouth/Middleboro. Continue to follow route 44 approximately 15 miles until you reach signs for Route 3 North. Merge onto Route 3-North and follow until exit 14. Turn slight left to stay on Main Street/MA-228. Continue to follow MA-228N/Main Street/Hingham Street for approximately 6 miles until intersection with ROUTE 3A-N. Take left on to ROUTE 3A-N and continue to follow around the traffic circle towards 3A-N/Summer Street. Follow for approximately 2 miles, Hingham Shipyard will be on the RIGHT.
From the Mass Pike – Follow the Mass Pike East towards Boston. Take exit 24B-24C on the left for I-93 North/I-93 South toward Conford,NH/Quincy. Continue toward, and merge onto I-93 South. Take Route 93-S to Exit 12 to merge onto Gallivan Blvd/Massachusetts 3A-S towards Neponset/Quincy. Continue to follow the signs and stay on Route 3A-S for approximately 7 miles.
